International Product Manager

Industrial Test Systems, Inc (ITS) is seeking a dynamic International Product Manager for the Rock Hill, SC office to conduct international/domestic sales.

ITS is a leading Rock Hill, SC manufacturer and global distributor of instruments and chemistries designed to test water and coolant analytes. It develops innovative products, many covered by U.S. and worldwide patents, for industries such as municipal water treatment, food & beverage, craft brewing, trucking & automotive, fresh & marine aquaria, pool & spa, education, and medical diagnostics globally.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Bring an enthusiastic, go-getter attitude with you every day and contribute to the overall success of the ITS Team
  • Manage accounts and generate sales in various assigned markets by calling and emailing contacts from trade shows and various other lead sources
  • Travel to conferences and tradeshows throughout the USA and abroad where you will present products through exhibitions, educational seminars, and customer visits.
  • Organize and pack sales & marketing materials as needed for conferences and tradeshows
  • Analyze the potential of clients and oversee the creation of programs and other tools that will help them and ITS be successful in domestic and/or international markets
  • Utilize your multilingual background to support all Spanish speaking ITS customers
  • Demonstrate proficiency with all required aspects of the ACT CRM, Word, Outlook, Excel, and other required software programs (CRM training provided)
  • Assist and compete in all sales and marketing projects/contests
  • Maintain the overall professional appearance of your workstation, department, and other areas as required
  • Translate emails, documents, marketing material, etc. as needed

Requirements

  • Must speak Spanish and have the ability to communicate chemistry-related terminologies in that language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A driven personality that takes initiative and can work autonomously
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Able to work well with and contribute to a positive team environment to ensure overall success
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs without stress or injury
  • Must have a valid passport for domestic and international air travel
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card
  • 4-Year degree required

Travel

  • Attend domestic & international tradeshows and conferences in various cities such as Barcelona, Chicago, Orlando, Las Vegas, Mexico City, etc. as required
  • Occasional customer and prospect visits
  • Company credit card issued for all company travel expenses

Industrial Test Systems, Inc (ITS) is seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager for the Rock Hill, SC office to conduct technical sales and act as a liaison between our various labs, customers, and the ITS sales force.

ITS is a leading Rock Hill, SC manufacturer and global distributor of instruments and chemistries designed to test water and coolant analytes. It develops innovative products, many covered by U.S. and worldwide patents, for industries such as municipal medical diagnostics, water treatment, food & beverage, craft brewing, trucking & automotive, fresh & marine aquaria, and more.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Bring an enthusiastic, go-getter attitude with you every day and contribute to the overall success of the ITS Team
  • Oversee all high-level technical service meetings with ITS clients
  • Manage accounts and generate sales in various assigned markets by calling and emailing contacts from trade shows (primary) and various other lead sources
  • Travel to conferences and tradeshows throughout the USA where you will present products through exhibitions, educational seminars, customer visits, and more
  • Independently prepare various reagents, analytical standards, and test solutions accurately and precisely
  • Operation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of basic lab equipment (balances, pH meters, titrators, colorimeters, micro-pipettors and etc.)
  • Organize and pack sales & marketing materials as needed for conferences and tradeshows
  • Utilize your scientific background to provide technical support for all ITS customers and non-technical colleagues
  • Demonstrate proficiency with all required aspects of required software programs (training provided)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry or related a must
  • Ability to learn and apply working knowledge and understanding of ISO/Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Ability to help troubleshoot any issues with testing procedures is a plus
  • Ability to follow written test methods, component specifications, and laboratory SOP’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven personality that takes initiative and can work autonomously
  • Strong time management and project management skills

Travel

  • Attend domestic tradeshows and conferences in various cities such as Boston, Long Beach, Orlando, Las Vegas, New Orleans, etc., as required
  • Conduct technical presentations at various conferences and tradeshows
  • Company credit card issued for all company travel expenses
